The doctors consulting at Alpha Medical Centre offer appointments to their patients in order to reduce the waiting times for their patients. We make every effort to arrange for an appointment with your doctor at your preferred time, however, this may not always be possible. A normal appointment length is fifteen minutes. Please inform reception if you require extra time with your doctor or if more than one person will be seeing your doctor.

The doctors we support do accept walk-in patients; however, priority will be given to those patients with appointments. Patients with potentially life-threatening symptoms are also given priority by the doctors.

Please call to cancel any appointment with your doctor or allied health professional that you cannot attend!

Running Late!
Your doctor may be running late if they are delayed with urgent or complicated cases, or if their earlier patients have arrived late. Your doctor thanks you for waiting.

Online Appointments
The doctors consulting at Alpha Medical Centre now offers online appointment bookings for standard consultations, however, to ensure you receive quality medical care, and to follow certain regulatory guidelines, your doctor may not be able to discuss certain issues or provide certain services during your online appointment. For more information about your doctor’s online appointment guidelines, please contact your doctor or reception.
