The independent medical practitioners consulting at Alpha Medical Centre have experience with WorkCover and occupational health issues. If you or your employee gets injured at work a doctor can assess, treat and issue 
WorkCover NSW - Certificates of Capacity.

An independent medical practitioner will generally be able to assess you or your employees within 30 minutes of arrival to the centre.

Please indicate to our reception staff that you have sustained a work-related injury in order
to receive prompt treatment from an independent medical practitioner.

The doctors consulting at Alpha Medical Centre understand the significant costs both economically and emotionally that a work-related injury is to the employee and the employer, and use evidence-based medical guidelines to assist their patients to make a full recovery.

​All of the doctors consulting at Alpha Medical Centre understand the importance of communication and will communicate with the assigned return to work coordinator for the company via email, or via telephone in regard to your employee’s injuries, the outcome of the consultation and appropriate return to work plan.  
 

Your doctor can also complete the return-to-work plan for the employee under your company's template and have the return-to-work plan emailed or faxed along with the WorkCover Medical Certificate.

Onsite Xray & Ultrasound
X-Rays and Ultrasounds are available at Western Medical Imaging. The doctors consulting at Alpha Medical Centre can view instant x-ray and ultrasound images once they have been taken. 

Specialised tests such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography and Bone Scans subject to approvals from the insurer can be organised on the same day if clinically indicated. 


Onsite Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy. There are physiotherapists consulting nearby in the Seven Hills Super Clinic. They have access to a Rehabilitation Gym and are able to treat musculoskeletal injuries, to carry out casting and splinting of fractured limbs, and to design individual functional strengthening programs.
